Anna Pavlova

Skiles Boyd is vice president of environmental management and resources for DTE Energy. Boyd is responsible for managing the company’s environmental issues which include setting environmental policy, representing the company on environmental issues with the public and in environmental regulatory and legislative development, coordinating environmental studies and conducting environmental audits. He manages a department of approximately 70 people. Boyd has worked in DTE’s environmental department for over 40 years.

Boyd earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resource Management from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.

Boyd is active on the Environmental Council of the Electric Power Research Institute, the Conference Board’s Chief Environmental Health and Safety Officers’ Council (Chairman), the Air and Waste Management Association and the Business Environmental Leadership Council of the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions. He is on the Environmental Committee of the Edison Electric Institute. In 2015, Boyd received the EEI Tony Anthony Award for member unity.
