2023 Climate Leadership Conference Registration

We are pleased to present a solutions-oriented program that allows participants to connect and collaborate with sustainability professionals across sectors. Please see registration options and fee schedule below.
All-Access Conference Pass
Includes:
- Main-stage programming, breakout sessions, and interactive workshops over 2.5 days
- Onsite meals and refreshments
- Networking sessions and evening receptions with full access to the Exhibit Hall
- One (1) admission to the Climate Leadership Awards Reception and Dinner
Note: Government registrants may choose to pay separately for the awards dinner (additional $25 fee) and will be appropriately prompted during registration.
Wednesday-Only Day Pass
Includes the following Wednesday-only activities:
- Participation in any/all workshops and side events
- Networking lunch and refreshments throughout the day
- Opening plenary session
- Climate Leadership Conference Welcome Reception
Climate Leadership Awards Dinner Only
Includes:
- One (1) admission to the Climate Leadership Awards Reception, Dinner, and Ceremony on the evening of Thursday, May 11

**Online registration closes on May 5, 2023, at 11:59pm ET, after which, you must register onsite. Onsite registration will incur a 10% administration fee to the Full Rate.
Discounts:
- Discount codes are accepted only on the Advance and Full rates for the All-Access Conference Passes.
- Discounts may not be applied to Best Rate, Wednesday-Only Day Passes, or Climate Leadership Awards Dinner & Reception Only registration types.
- Discount codes are not accepted during onsite registration.
- Current TCR members and verification bodies should inquire at registration@climateleadershipconference.org for a 20% discount code.
- Employees of sponsoring or exhibiting companies and organizations should inquire at sponsors@climateleadershipconference.org for their respective discount codes.
- Conference speakers should refer to their invitations for registration codes and logistics – for questions, please inquire at speakers@climateleadershipconference.org.
- Group rates are not currently available for the 2023 Climate Leadership Conference.
Students:
- We’re pleased to offer a student rate of $595.
- This discounted rate is offered to full-time students only — please email registration@climateleadershipconference.org to provide student status/degree for approval, at which time you’ll receive the appropriate discount code for registration.
- Students interested in volunteer opportunities (no registration fee) should inquire at questions@climateleadershipconference.org.
Awards Dinner Table Sponsorship:
Table Sponsors at the Climate Leadership Awards Dinner receive 10 seats, preferred seating, and logo and/or brand name displayed on signage at the table. The Table Sponsor package costs $3,000. Questions about table sponsorship should be directed to sponsors@climateleadershipconference.org.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations made on or before March 24, 2023, will receive a 50% refund. Registration cancellations made after March 24, 2023, are non-refundable. If you miss this deadline, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. Substitutes must be requested in writing before May 5, 2023.
