Roshini Das is an Associate Director with the Sustainability practice at Guidehouse. Roshini has more than 15 years of experience developing and managing award-winning multi-million-dollar sustainability programs for local governments, utilities and corporations. Her technical areas of expertise include sustainability program and strategy, policy, reporting and disclosure, ESG, SBTi, GHG footprinting, TCFD, climate risk and resilience projects. Prior to Guidehouse, Roshini ran the City of Sacramento Utilities Sustainability program where she developed the strategic vision to achieve Carbon Neutrality and under her leadership, Sacramento Water Utilities was recognized as the Founder of the The Climate Registry’s Water-Energy Nexus registry. Before that, she helped many organizations improve the sustainability of their building portfolio and helped achieve more than 150 green building certifications. Roshini holds an MBA from UC Berkeley and has and undergraduate degree in Architecture.
