Rachael leads the climate change program on Intel’s Global Sustainable Operations team. She is responsible for developing and executing a path to reach Intel’s operational greenhouse gas reduction goals, including net-zero Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2040. She has a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Florida, and she has over 12 years of experience working to address environmental and sustainability challenges in semiconductor manufacturing.
