Peter brings more than 15 years of experience in developing and financing greenhouse gas reduction projects and monetizing their environmental attributes. With a focus on generating carbon credits for voluntary carbon markets, compliance cap-and-trade systems and transportation-focused clean fuels standards, Peter writes greenhouse gas quantification methodologies and monitoring plans, structures the design and financing of projects and develops offtake structures for a wide variety of agriculture, removal and supply-chain projects. Peter has been working in carbon markets since 2007, spending more than a decade at The Climate Trust, an early non-profit buyer of carbon credits that set standards for credit environmental integrity where he launched Climate Trust Capital, a carbon investment fund, and NativeEnergy, where he developed projects in Fortune 500 company supply chains.
