Doug Huxley is a senior engineering expert specializing in carbon management and climate response for Jacobs. He has more than 20 years of experience with inventory and mitigation of GHG emissions for cities; numerous commercial, industrial, and energy sectors; water, transportation, and waste management systems; carbon capture & storage; nature based solutions; military installations; and other federal government operations. He has also been a key contributor on Jacobs own award-winning climate action plan, and progress towards its science based targets and other binding GHG mitigation commitments. Doug is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado, and a chemical engineer by training.
