Dawnielle is a sustainability strategist with proven experience in decarbonizing product lifecycles and implementing circular economy principles. Across consumer goods, retail, and hospitality, she’s led initiatives to reduce embodied carbon and develop strategies for closed-loop material systems. Previously at Boston Consulting Group, REI, and Patagonia, she spearheaded product impact initiatives and zero-waste operations. Now as a senior member of the Product Sustainability team at the sustainability consultancy Anthesis, Dawnielle guides clients on their product decarbonization journeys and sustainable innovation. In 2021, she received GreenBiz’s 30 Under 30 global recognition in sustainability leadership.
