Chastity McLeod is a Clemson University graduate and has been with Nestlé for 19 years, starting as a Packaging Engineer in Ohio and later supporting new packaging development in Germany. She has held various roles within Nestlé, including Packaging Group Manager for Frozen and Chilled globally and managing new product development for Pizza and Snacking products. In 2019, she became the Director of Technical Packaging for Nestlé USA, responsible for packaging innovation, renovation and sustainability. In 2022, she was promoted to VP of Sustainability for Nestlé USA, and in 2023, she became the VP of Sustainability for Nestlé North America.
