Bobby Boyd is a dedicated advocate for equality and inclusion, showcasing a lifelong commitment to fostering positive change. His journey began in local government, where he served as a DEI Manager. In this role, he successfully implemented numerous strategies and campaigns, earning him multiple awards for his impactful contributions.
Building on his experience, Bobby decided to channel his Diversity and Inclusion expertise into the Environmental Justice movement. Working with a non-profit in Michigan, he played a pivotal role in enhancing diversity and Equity initiatives in EJ communities contributing significantly to their sustainability goals.
Currently serving as Community Engagement for the U.S. Department of Energy, Bobby holds a key role in driving the Clean Energy transition. Leading efforts for 12 states in the Midwest region, Bobby continues his passion for creating inclusive communities and fostering collaboration.
