Amy Longsworth is Executive Director of the Boston Green Ribbon Commission (GRC), an organization whose mission is to use the leadership and influence of private sector leaders to help the City of Boston meet the moment of climate change. By 2030, we need to cut emissions in half, protect the waterfront, transform our energy supply, and identify financing — equitably. The Green Ribbon Commission involves some 80 organizations, including UMass Boston, Mass General Brigham, Historic New England, BXP, Vertex, and other leaders across sectors. Prior to joining the GRC, Amy was with PwC; the sustainability-focused management consulting firm Viridis; and The Nature Conservancy. She holds a B.A. in English from Wesleyan and an M.B.A. from Harvard.
