CLC 2022 COVID-19 Policy and Guidelines
As noted above, we are requiring that all in-person attendees, speakers, and staff provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative PCR/antigen test taken within 72 hours (self-tests are not acceptable). There are no exceptions to this policy. You may upload this proof here or present it onsite at check-in.
Regardless of your vaccination status, do not attend the conference in-person if you are experiencing any symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, etc.) of COVID-19 and/or have received a positive COVID-19 test within the last 5-10 days. In the event of a positive test please see and observe official CDC guidance on quarantine timelines here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/quarantine-isolation.html
If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination or negative test result, or if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and/or have received a positive test result within 5-10 days, we invite you to join the virtual conference in lieu of the in-person experience. You may convert to a virtual-only participation or transfer your ticket to a colleague. Both options must be done in writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org
During the conference, we are recommending that everyone in attendance wear a mask—surgical grade or N95 is preferred—except while actively eating, drinking, or presenting.
